Langley Flight Foundation awarded grants totaling $15,000 from Stafford Economic Development & Tourism
The Langley Flight Foundation is pleased to announce the receipt of $15,000 in social marketing grants from the Stafford County Economic Development Authority (EDA) and Stafford County Tourism (SCT). On April 21 the EDA authorized a $10,000 grant and recommended an additional $5,000 grant from SCT. The grants will support the production of creative assets by Enterprise Screen (https://enterprisescreen.com) that will target potential corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners in fulfilling the Foundation’s mission.
The Langley Flight Foundation’s Aerodrome Initiative seeks to construct an exact replica of Aerodrome No. 5 for display in Stafford County, and to foster and support tourism initiatives, aviation-based STEM curriculum, and aviation business development in our region.
